NTL Carelink sources products from trusted manufacturers and suppliers in India and coordinates shipment to customers based on their order requirements and destination.

• Shipping Terms: EXW (Ex Works) unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
• Shipping Method: Air freight or sea freight, depending on the product, order volume, destination, and customer’s preference.
• Shipping Costs: Freight and related shipping charges are calculated based on the order volume, weight, destination, and shipping method. These costs will be communicated before order confirmation.
• Processing Time: Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Estimated preparation time depends on the manufacturer and product availability.
• Documentation: We assist with necessary commercial invoices, packing lists, and other export documentation applicable to the order.
• Tracking: Where available, shipment/tracking information will be provided to the customer after dispatch.
• Customs & Duties: Unless otherwise agreed, import duties, taxes, customs clearance, and destination charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Delivery: Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, shipping schedules, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Order-Specific Shipping: Since NTL Carelink operates primarily through sourcing and manufacturer partnerships, shipping arrangements may vary from one order to another.
