Supplier Terms & Conditions
For Mediczant.Com B2B Marketplace for medical supplies and consumables.

1.    Acceptance
By registering as a supplier or manufacturer on Mediczant.com you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws governing the manufacture, importation, distribution, and sale of medical products.

2.    Supplier Eligibility
Suppliers must:

•    Be a legally registered business.
•    Hold all required licenses and permits.
•    Be authorized to sell the products listed.
•    Comply with national and international medical regulations.
•    Provide accurate company registration documents when requested.

3.    Product Compliance
The Supplier warrants that:

•    All products are genuine.
•    Products comply with applicable medical regulations.
•    Products meet manufacturer specifications.
•    Products are safe for their intended use.
•    Expiry dates are accurately disclosed.
•    Necessary certifications (ISO, CE, FDA, NEMA, NDA, etc., where applicable) are available upon request.
•    Counterfeit or unauthorized products are strictly prohibited.

4.    Product Listings
Suppliers shall ensure that:
 
•    Product descriptions are accurate.
•    Images accurately represent products.
•    Stock availability is updated regularly.
•    Product specifications are complete.
•    Warranty information is clearly stated.

Mediczant reserves the right to edit or remove inaccurate listings.

5.    Pricing
Suppliers agree that:

•    Prices are not to be displayed on a product page.
•    Prices are to be provided by the suppliers directly to buyers through Request for Quotation (RFQ), emails and any other appropriate channels.
•    Taxes must be clearly indicated on proforma invoices.
•    Promotional commission of 5% must be honoured after the order completion.

6.    Orders
Upon receiving request for quotation or buyer inquiry, suppliers shall:

•    Confirm availability promptly.
•    Process orders within agreed timelines.
•    Notify buyers immediately of delays.
•    Provide shipment tracking where applicable.
•    Provide a quotation or an estimate.

Repeated order cancellations may result in account suspension.

7.    Shipping and Delivery
Suppliers are responsible for:

•    Proper packaging.
•    Safe transportation.
•    Compliance with cold-chain requirements where necessary.
•    Delivery within agreed timelines.
•    Any shipping documentation required by law.
•    Shipping products from their warehouse to the buyer’s agreed address.

 
8.    Product Quality
Suppliers guarantee that all products:

•    Are up to standards unless clearly stated otherwise.
•    Are free from defects unless clearly stated otherwise.
•    Meet applicable quality standards.
•    Have adequate remaining shelf life.
•    Have not been recalled or banned.

9.    Returns and Warranty
Suppliers must maintain a written return policy covering:

•    Damaged products
•    Defective products
•    Incorrect shipments
•    Warranty claims
•    Replacement procedures

10.    Regulatory Compliance
Suppliers shall comply with all applicable laws relating to:

•    Medical devices
•    Pharmaceuticals
•    Import and export controls
•    Healthcare regulations
•    Consumer protection
•    Anti-corruption legislation
•    Data protection and privacy laws

11.    Supplier Responsibilities
Suppliers agree to:

•    Maintain accurate company information.
•    Respond promptly to buyer inquiries.
•    Provide after-sales support.
•    Cooperate in dispute resolution.
•    Maintain professional conduct.
 
 
12.    Marketplace Role
Mediczant acts solely as an online marketplace connecting buyers, suppliers and manufacturers.

Unless otherwise agreed:

•    Mediczant is not the manufacturer.
•    Mediczant is not responsible for product quality.
•    Sales contracts are entered into directly between buyer and supplier or manufacturer.
•    Suppliers remain responsible for legal compliance, fulfillment, warranties, and product safety.

13.    Payments
Suppliers agree that:

•    Payments shall be handled and processed through supplier’s bank account directly or any other appropriate payment channel agreed between buyers and suppliers.
•    Platform commissions shall be paid after order completion directly to Mediczant by the supplier.
•    Refunds resulting from product issues shall be done by the supplier.
•    Fraudulent transactions are not allowed and shall lead to investigation.
•    All product payments shall be handled directly between the buyers and the suppliers

14.    Intellectual Property
Suppliers retain ownership of their trademarks and product information but grant Mediczant a non-exclusive license to:

•    Display product images.
•    Promote listings.
•    Market supplier products.
•    Use logos for marketplace purposes.

15.    Prohibited Activities
Suppliers shall not:

•    Sell counterfeit products.
•    List prohibited medical products.
•    Misrepresent certifications.
•    Manipulate reviews.
•    Upload misleading information.
•    Infringe intellectual property rights.

Violations may result in immediate suspension.

16.    Audits and Verification
Mediczant reserves the right to:

•    Verify supplier licenses ,visit suppliers offices and warehouses.
•    Request regulatory documentation.
•    Inspect product documentation.
•    Suspend listings pending verification.

17.    Suspension or Termination
Mediczant may suspend or terminate supplier accounts for:

•    Regulatory violations.
•    Fraud.
•    Counterfeit products.
•    Repeated customer complaints.
•    Non-compliance with marketplace policies.
•    Failure to maintain required licenses.

18.    Limitation of Liability
Mediczant shall not be liable for:

•    Product defects.
•    Supplier misconduct.
•    Delivery delays.
•    Business interruption.
•    Loss of profits.
•    Regulatory penalties incurred by suppliers.

19.    Indemnification
 
Suppliers agree to indemnify and hold Mediczant harmless against claims arising from:

•    Product defects.
•    Regulatory violations.
•    Intellectual property infringement.
•    Personal injury caused by supplied products.
•    Breach of these Terms.

20.    Confidentiality
Suppliers shall protect confidential information obtained through the marketplace and shall not disclose buyer information except as necessary to fulfill orders.

21.    Data Protection
Suppliers shall comply with applicable data protection laws and use buyer information solely for legitimate business purposes.

22.    Amendments
Mediczant may amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the marketplace constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
