Laser Surgical - Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing Time

• Standard Orders: Production and handling typically take 2 to 3 weeks depending on the order quantity and product specifications.

• Custom / OEM Orders: Manufacturing lead time will be confirmed upon order details and sample approval.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers We partner with reliable international courier services and freight forwarders to ensure safe and timely delivery:

• Express Courier (Air Shipping): DHL, FedEx, UPS (Ideal for samples and urgent small/medium orders — 4–7 business days).

• Air Freight: Suitable for bulk orders requiring faster delivery.

• Sea Freight (LCL/FCL): Cost-effective option for large volume cargo from Karachi Port, Pakistan.

3. Payment & Shipping Terms (Incoterms)

• Orders are dispatched once the 75% Advance Payment (via Bank Wire Transfer / Western Union) is confirmed, and the remaining 25% balance is cleared prior to shipment.

• We operate primarily under FOB (Free on Board), CFR (Cost and Freight), or CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) terms based on customer agreement.

4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

• Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, taxes, or local clearance fees levied by their respective country's customs department.

• Laser Surgical provides all necessary export documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, and Airway Bill/Bill of Lading).

5. Order Tracking & Insurance

• Once your shipment is dispatched, a Tracking Number and shipping documents will be shared via Email and WhatsApp (+92 348 8622197).

• Optional shipment insurance can be provided upon request prior to dispatch.

6. Damaged or Missing Shipments

• Please inspect all packages upon arrival. In the rare event of damage during transit, inform us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos/videos so we can assist with claims or replacements.
