3、 Usage of 800D table type low speed centrifuge:

First, put the electric centrifuge on a clean, flat and solid table, turn off all kinds of work switches, adjust the speed control knob to the lowest position, open the centrifuge cover, take the liquid with equal capacity into the centrifugal tube, symmetrically put it into the hole of the centrifugation head, and close the machine cover. Turn on the power, turn on the power switch, select the required separation time, adjust the speed knob, and select the separation speed. After use, the speed control knob must be set to the minimum position, and the "timer" must be set to the "off" position. Turn off the power switch and cut off the power supply.

4、 Precautions for 800D table type low speed centrifuge:

1. The centrifuge must be grounded reliably.

2. Before operation, check whether there is corrosion damage or spinning crack on the rotating head, if any, it should be replaced immediately.

3. No load operation without centrifugal rotor is strictly prohibited.

4. Do not move the centrifuge while it is running.

5. Do not open the cover door when the machine is running or the rotor is not stopped stably, so as to avoid accidents.

6. The centrifugal tube must be filled with the same amount of samples, and the rotating head must not run in an unequal state.

7. Centrifugal time, the experimenter was not allowed to leave to do something else.

8. After separation, close the centrifuge, and take out the sample after the centrifuge stops rotating. Do not use external force to stop the operation.

9. After the centrifuge is used, turn off the power switch and unplug the power cord.

5、 Operation and maintenance of 800D table type low speed centrifuge:

1. Do not place any objects on the centrifuge cover. After each use, be sure to clean and wipe the inner cavity and rotor with distilled water, and cover the centrifugal cover to prevent dust and dirt from entering.
